Child safety standards
Oivio (Haish — Random Video Call Chat) maintains zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Last updated: June 2026
Our commitment
Oivio is an adults-only (18+) random video chat and live streaming app. We prohibit any sexual content involving minors, grooming, or exploitation. Accounts that violate these rules are removed and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Prevention practices
- 18+ requirement — Users must confirm they are at least 18 to use video chat features.
- In-app reporting — Users can report concerns during active video calls, including an underage category.
- Blocking — Users can block others immediately; blocked users are not rematched where possible.
- Automated safety signals — On-device checks may flag possible minors and limit video exposure while a call continues.
- Human review — Credible reports are reviewed by our team and acted on with warnings, suspension, or permanent bans.
- No default recording — Video and audio are not stored by default; safety actions rely on reports, metadata, and review workflows.
Zero-tolerance violations
- Sexual content involving minors or anyone appearing under 18
- Grooming, coercion, or exploitation of minors
- Sharing, requesting, or distributing CSAM
- Using the service to contact or harm minors

Report a child safety concernLaw enforcement & regulatory cooperation
We comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with regional and national authorities when required by law or when there is credible evidence of harm to a child. Where legally required, we report CSAM to relevant bodies such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent regional authorities.
