Delete your account & data
You can request permanent deletion of your Oivio account and the personal data we hold about you.
What we delete
- Your profile (display name, bio, photo, age, gender, country, interests)
- Account identifiers linked to your sign-in (e.g. Google email)
- Friend connections, blocks, hearts, and in-app preferences
- Push notification tokens associated with your account
What we may keep (limited)
- Abuse reports, safety logs, or moderation records when required to protect users or comply with law
- Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you
- Billing records held by Google Play for subscriptions (manage those in Play Store subscription settings)
How to request deletion
Email us from the address tied to your Oivio account. We verify ownership before deleting. Most requests are completed within 30 days.
If you are signed in, you may also open this page from Settings → Delete account in the app.

Deletion is permanent. You will need to create a new account to use Oivio again. Active premium subscriptions should be cancelled in Google Play to avoid future charges.
