• Account info: email, display name, age, gender, country, interests, optional bio and photo. • Usage data: match activity, reports, blocks, hearts, and basic analytics. • Device data: push notification token, crash logs, and technical diagnostics. • Call metadata: session identifiers and connection timing. We do not store video or audio recordings by default.

2. How we use information

• To match you with other users and operate video calls. • To enforce community rules and investigate abuse reports. • To improve performance, prevent fraud, and send important service notices. • To show ads through Google AdMob on free browsing screens (not during active video calls).

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with infrastructure providers required to run the app (authentication, database, messaging, analytics, advertising) under contractual safeguards.

4. Retention

We keep account data while your account is active and for a limited period afterward where required for safety or legal compliance.

5. Your choices

You can update profile details in the app, block users, and sign out at any time. To delete your account and associated data, visit our account deletion page or email launchextinct@gmail.com.

6. Children

Oivio is not for anyone under 18.
